Ajo blanco

Ingredientes:

1l de agua

3 cucharadas soperas de harina de habas

2 o 3 dientes de ajo

200 gr de miga de pan (del dia anterior)

Vinagre de manzana

3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva

Sal

Uvas

Elaboración:

El ajo blanco es una sopa fria. Hecho con harina de habas es tipico de mi pueblo y se puede sustituir por almendras.

Ponemos en remojo la miga de pan con un poco de agua del litro que vamos a usar. Cuando este bien empapada, la ponemos en el baso de la batidora y añadimos los ajos, la harina, el aceite y un poco de agua, batimos bien y ponemos el contenido en una fuente, añadimos el resto del agua y le ponemos vinagre y sal al gusto.

Lo metemos en el frigorifico ya que se toma bien fría y en el momento de servirlo le ponemos unas uvas…………..riquisimo!!!!
