Salpicón de langostinos


½ k de langostinos cocidos

1 tomate grande y rojo

1 pimiento verde pequeño

1 cebolla dulce

Aceitunas rellenas de anchoas

Vinagre de manzana


Aceite de oliva


Compramos los langostinos ya cocidos o b ien los hervimos nosotros (se pone agua a hervir con sal, cuando rompa a hervir se ponen los langostinos y cuando rompa a hervir de nuevo ….1 minuto, se escurren, se pasan por agua fria y se reservan).


Ponemos en una fuente el tomate picadito, el pimiento, la cebolla y las aceitunas en rodajitas. Le añadimos los langostinos en trozos o enteros, como mas guste. Lo aliñamos con aceite, vinagre y sal al gusto.


Y listo para tomar
