Salmón al horno con limón

Ingredientes:

2 filetes grandes de salmón

1 limón

2 dientes de ajo

1 cucharadita de tomillo

1 cucharadita de romero

Perejil

Pimienta molida

Aceite de oliva

Sal

Elaboración:

Ponemos los filetes de salmón en la bandeja del horno de forma holgada y lo salpimentamos un poco.

Picamos finamente los ajos, el perejil y lo mezclamos con el tomillo y con el romero. Lo repartimos por encima del salmón y le ponemos unas gotitas de aceite a cada filete. Cortamos el limón en rodajas finas y las colocamos encima.

Calentamos el horno a 200 grados y pasados cinco minutos introducimos la bandeja, lo dejamos a la misma temperatura cinco min y luego a 190 durante 15 min mas. Buenisimo !!!!!!!
