Crema de calabacín con salmón


2 calabacines grandes

1 puerro

2 patatas medianas

150 gr de salmón ahumado

Aceite de oliva


1 l de agua



Ponemos un poco de aceite de oliva, que cubra la base suavemente; pelamos los calabacines y los añadimos en trozos, asi como el puerro, rehogamos un poco y añadimos las patatas troceadas.


Movemos todo muy bien y añadimos el agua y un poco de sal, cuando comience a hervir lo tapamos y lo dejamos a fuego mínimo 25 minutos. Lo trituramos.


Servimos con el salmón picado……….caliente en invierno y fría en verano……….buenisima !!!!!!!
