Pescada al limón

Ingredientes:

1 pescada de un kilo

3 dientes de ajo

1 limón

1 cucharadita de las de café de harina

Agua

Aceite de oliva

Sal

Elaboración:

Pedimos al pescadero que nos limpie la pescada, que le quite la cabeza, cola y raspa y en casa una vez lavada y escurrida la hacemos cuatro trozos. Esta receta tambien es adecuada para la merluza.

Ponemos un poco de aceite es una sartén que cubra suavemente la base y doramos los ajos fileteados, añadimos la harina, le damos unas vueltas y enseguida ponemos el zumo del limón y la misma cantidad mas o menos de agua.

Colocamos el pescado con la piel hacia abajo y ponemos sal al gusto, lo tapamos y lo dejamos 2 minutos, le damos la vuelta al pescado con cuidado para que no se nos rompa, volvemos a tapar y de nuevo lo dejamos 2 min, a fuego medio todo el tiempo. Si hacemos merluza la dejamos 1 minuto mas.

Y lista la para tomar !!!!!!!!……..la podemos servir acompañada de una ensalada de tomates pequeñitos, aguacate y cebolla dulce, aliñada con aceite y escamas de sal negra.
