Sopa de pescado

Ingredientes:

150 gr de fideos medianos

1 cola de merluza

1 trozo de rosada

6 langostinos

½ k de mejillones

1 cebolla

2 pimientos verdes

1 pimiento rojo

3 tomates

3 dientes de ajo

1 cucharadita de pimentón dulce

Perejil

2 l de agua

Aceite de oliva

Sal

Limpiamos los mejillones, les ponemos un poco de agua y a fuego fuerte cuando se abran guardamos la carne, escurrimos el caldo y reservamos. Pelamos los langostinos y los hacemos trozos, que reservamos; las cascaras las ponemos a hervir junto con la cola de merluza, dejamos hervir 2 min, limpiamos la cola y guardamos la carne que lleve, colamos el caldo y reservamos.

Machacamos los ajos con el perejil.

Picamos finamente las verduras y en una olla amplia cubrimos la base con aceite de oliva y rehogamos la cebolla y los pimientos, cuando este bien rehogadito añadimos los tomates picados y rehogamos de nuevo, ponemos el pimentón y el majado de ajo, le damos unas vueltas y le ponemos el caldo que hemos ido guardando y complementamos con agua hasta los dos litros.

Dejamos hervir a fuego fuerte 5 min y en ese punto si no nos gusta encontrarnos las verduras, podemos tritutar todo antes de añadir el pescado y si no nos importa, ponemos los fideos, la rosada, los langostinos, mejillones y la carne de la cola de merluza, salamos al gusto y dejamos hervir otros 5 min.

Dejamos reposar un poco y ahora que llega el invierno podemos hacer una sopa………….muy sabrosa !!!!!!
