Patatas al ajillo

Ingredientes:

4 patatas

7 dientes de ajo

2 cayenas

1 cucharada sopera de comino molido

1 cucharadita de cúrcuma

Azafrán molido o en hebra

1 hoja de laurel

Perejil

1 vaso de agua

½ vaso de aceite de oliva

Sal

Elaboración:

Pelamos las patatas y las hacemos trozos regulares, las lavamos y las escurrimos bien.

Ponemos el aceite en una sartén con el laurel y cuando tome temperatura freimos las patatas hasta que empiecen a tomar color.

Trituramos los ajos con el perejil y el agua.

Cuando las patatas empiezan a dorarse, sin quitarles el aceite, le ponemos sal al gusto y le añadimos el resto de condimentos, cuando comiencen a hervir, bajamos el fuego al minimo y las dejamos 10 minutos mas o menos, hasta que veamos que las patatas estan en su punto pinchandolas con la punta del cuchillo.
