Salsa boloñesa


500 gr de carne picada de ternera

1 zanahoria

1 cebolla

1 pimiento verde (opcional)

Vino tinto o blanco


500 gr de tomate natural triturado

2 dientes de ajo

Aceite de oliva


Primero hacemos la salsa de tomate.


Ponemos un poco de aceite de oliva en una sartén, picamos los ajos, los doramos un poco y añadimos el tomate triturado, tapamos y dejamos a fuego bajo 15 minutos, reservamos.


Ponemos en una sartén un poco de aceite y rehogamos las verduras finamente picadas, antes de que empiecen a tomar color incorporamos la carne (le decimos al carnicero que nos la pase dos veces por la maquina para que se quede ma fina), rehogamos un poco y añadimos el vino, dejamos que se evapore el vino y la vamos moviendo hasta que quede bien rehogada.




Añadimos la salsa de tomate, mezclamos bien y ya tenemos una salsa para cualquier tipo de pasta.
