Bacalao al píl píl


2 trozos de bacalao de 300 gr

3 dientes de ajo

2 cayenas

Aceite de oliva


1 colador pequeño


Esta receta se puede hacer igual con bacalao salado, solo hay que desalarlo previamente poniendolo en agua 24 horas. En este caso voy a usar bacalao fresco.

Lavamos muy bien el bacalao quitandole las pieles negras que tiene y lo ponemos a escurrir una media hora.

En una sartén ponemos aceite de oliva de forma generosa, que cubra bien la base, doramos los ajos junto con la cayena, sacamos y reservamos.

En la misma sartén añadimos los trozos de bacalao con la piel hacia arriba y lo dejamos hasta que este hecho, ya depende del grosor, yo he dejado este 3 min por cada lado; le damos la vuelta y dejamos de nuevo que se haga bien.

En ese punto lo pasamos a una fuente con cuidado de que nos se nos parta, bajamos el fuego y volvemos a incorporar los ajos y la cayena; ponemos un poco de sal y con el colador movemos suavemente la salsa hasta que ligue, en dos minutos estará lista.

Y se la ponemos por encima al bacalao……….riquisimo !!!!!
