Ropa Vieja

Ingredientes:

Restos de cocido (ver receta cocido)
2 tomates rojos
1 cebolla
Comino molido
½ vaso de caldo de cocido
Aceite de oliva

Elaboración:

Picamos la carne en trozos pequeños, asi como las verduras.


En una sartén ponemos un poco de aceite de oliva, que cubra la base y añadimos la cebolla en tiras, la rehogamos un poco y añadimos los restos del cocido, los tomates pelados y picados, el caldo y el comino molido.


Lo ponemos a fuego fuerte y cuando comience a hervir, lo tapamos y a fuego medio, le damos vueltas de vez en cuando y cuando se consuma el jugo y comience a rehogarse todo de nuevo.

Listo para tomar y …..riquisimo !!!!!!
