Chuletitas de cordero al horno

Ingredientes:

Chuletitas de cordero
2 patatas
3 dientes de ajo
Un manojo de perejil
Aceite de oliva
Vino blanco
Sal

Elaboración:

Ponemos el horno a 200º con calor arriba y abajo, unos 5 min antes para que vaya tomando temperatura.
Pelamos las patatas, las lavamos, las hacemos rodajas y las colocamos en la badeja del horno de forma que no monten demasiado unas encimas de otras. Les ponemos un poco de sal, aceite de oliva y regamos con un chorrito de aceite. Introducimos la bandeja en el horno, bajamo a 180º y las dejamos 15 min.
Minetras se van haciendo las patatas, machacamos bien en el mortero los dientes de ajo con un buen ramo de perejil, reservamos.
Cuando se cumpla el tiempo que pusimos las patatas, las sacamos y colocamos bien las chuletitas, le ponemos por encima de cada una un poquito del majado que hemos hecho, asi como un poquito de aceite a cada chueltita.


Las introducimos en el horno, volvemos a subir a 200º y las tenemos unos 15 min, hasta que veamos que toman bonito color……y listas !!!!
