Spaetzle (pasta)

Ingredientes para 4 personas:

500 gr de spaetzle (pasta alemana con huevo)

¼ k de gambas

1 calabcin

3 dientes de ajo

1 cayena

Pimienta molida

Aceite de oliva y sal

Para la salsa:

1 k de tomates, si son de la variedad de pera mejor

5 dientes de ajo

1 tomate seco


Aceite de oliva



Primero haremos la salsa de tomate.

Ponemos en una sartén los tomados picados con piel y todo, los ajos, el tomate seco y una cucharadita de café de albahaca, lo tapamos y cuando comience a hervir lo dejamos 15 minutos a fuego fuerte. Lo dejamos enfriar un poco y lo pasamos por el pasapurés, una vezz hecha la salsa de tomate, la reservamos.


Ponemos agua en una olla para cocer la pasta, que lo haremos siguiendo las instrucciones del paquete, retirandola un minuto antes. Mientras se va haciendo la pasta pelamos las gambas y las cascaras las hervimos con muy poquita agua y reservamos. Pelamos el calabacín y lo hacemos tiritas.


En ese punto, ponemos una sartén amplia (para que luego nos quepa toda la pasta) un poco de aceite y rehogamos los ajos en rodajitas, antes de que tomen color añadimos el calabacin, dejamos cuatro minutos, moviendolo de vez en cuando y añadimos las gambas y la cayena, damos unas vueltecitas y añadimos la salsa de tomate asi como dos cucharaditas soperas del agua de haber cocido las gambas.


Dejamos que comience a hervir y vertemos la pasta escurrida y enfriada. La salsa queda un poco caldosa, pero al verter la pasta la absorve, por eso la dejamos antes cocer un minuto menos de lo que recomienda el fabricante. Al absorver la salsa queda mas sabrosa.
