Patatas en adobillo


1 k de patatas

4 dientes de ajo

1 cucharadita de orégano

1 cucharadita de pimentón dulce


Aceite de oliva


¼ de vaso de agua


Se pelan, se lavan bien las patatas y se hacen rodajitas.


Se hace el adobo, se machacan bien los ajos y se les añade el orégano, el pimentón, un poquito de vinagre, sal y el agua, se mueve bien y se reserva.


Se pone en una sartén un poco de aceite de oliva y se frien las patatas, cuando comienzan a estar doraditas, se les escurre el aceite, dejando solo un poquito y se le añade el majado, se tapan y se deja el conjunto de 8 a 10 minutos a fuego minimo, en ese punto se destapa, se sube el fuego, se dejan 1 o 2 minutos mas.


Y riquísimas.
